Biography:
Yuri Uenishi, born in January 1987 in Tokyo, Japan, is an outstanding graphic designer, art director, and creative director at Dentsu Inc.. In 2006, she enrolled in the Graphic Design program at Tama Art University and graduated in 2010. After graduation, she joined the renowned Japanese advertising agency Dentsu Inc., starting her career as a graphic designer. Uenishi has earned numerous prestigious awards for her exceptional design talents, including the JAGDA New Designer Prize from the Japan Graphic Designers Association, the ADC Award from the Tokyo Art Directors Club, a Gold Lion at the Cannes Lions, and a Silver Award at the Toyama International Poster Competition. Her notable works include the series for the "World Table Tennis Championships" and "Fencing Championships," with the "World Table Tennis Championships" series winning the JAGDA New Designer Prize, marking a milestone in her career.
