Brief description:

In the workshop, we will design and produce a ZINE. Welcome to join us whether you have experience on it or not. I hope to improve your expression and editorial skills through the production of ZINE.

Biography:

Shun Sasaki is a graphic designer from Japan. He graduated from Department of graphic design at Tama Art University in 2010. Before he founded his design office AYOND in 2016, he worked for Adbrian and Grits Design. In 2020, he received JAGDA New Designer Award. He has been in charge of display composition for poet Saihate Tahi, exhibition Where design is found at The National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo (2019), exhibition Cultivating Successive Wisdows at Akita City Cultural Creation Center (2021), and logo design and art direction of NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen (2021). In recent years, besides commissioned projects, he produced ZINE, and participated in many exhibitions, such as “Word-gazing and traveling with words – Landscapes with modern and classical poetry”at Art Museum & Library, Ota (2018).
